Strengths Development Inventory Leadership Training

Dr. Dan Scarrow will be facilitating a training for teams using the Strength Development Inventory (SDI) on Friday, April 22. The day is set aside for leaders and teams to better understand themselves and others using the SDI. The workshop will explore the deep motivations that shape people to be able to understand and lead more effectively.

When: Friday, April 22, 8:30am-2:30pm

Where: Ella’s House at Okoboji Bible Conference 45 S. Hwy 71, Arnolds Park, IA

Cost: $100/person. Includes online SDI assessment (taken prior to arrival), training and lunch.

Facilitator: Dr. Dan Scarrow is a managing partner at Touchstone Leadership Group and the District Superintendent for the North Central District of the Christian Missionary Alliance.
